With the support of the Board, KMB will enforce infractions, delinquencies, and Bylaws to maintain the continuity of each neighborhood.
We offer a state-of-the-art information system that allows appointed board members to review accounting records, work orders and other property related details. Our software also offers individual unit owners’ access to their dues payments and HOA documents at the click of a button.
